DEPOSIT
Bookings will be considered as confirmed upon receipt of a $250 non-refundable initial deposit. A further $500 is required three
(3) months after your initial deposit. This security deposit ($500.00) will be retained
until after the function to protect against any loss or damage to Tuggerah Lakes Golf Club's property for
which the organiser of the function is financially responsible. The security deposit held, less any charge for
loss or damage, if applicable, will be returned seven working days after the conclusion of the function.
GUEST NUMBERS
A minimum number of sixty (60) guests are required.
CANCELLATION
The $500 security deposit is only refundable when a cancellation is made more than six months prior to the function.
TRANSFERRING DAYS
If you wish to transfer your wedding day within 6 months of the function you will incur an administration
charge of $110.
PAYMENT
Full payment of food is required 7 days prior to your function. Payment of drink account is required on the
night.
FINAL NUMBERS
A guaranteed minimum number is to be advised 7 days prior to the date of your function.
ROOM HIRE
The first 5 hours are $600.00 and every ½ hour thereafter is $250.00. Additional time must be advised
prior to function.
GROUND HIRE
If you wish to use the golf club grounds for your Wedding service, a ground hire charge of $250.00 applies.
This includes 2 complimentary golf carts. For an extra fee of $200.00 we can provide red carpet,
decorated archway, table and covered chairs for your register and 50 chairs for guests. Use of the grounds
is to be discussed and is on approval of the Function Co-ordinator.
WEDDING PHOTOS
The manicured fairways and ocean views of Shelly Beach offer a superb backdrop for your wedding
photos. We are happy to provide (2) motorised carts for easier access around the course subject to
availability, additional golf carts can be hired for a cost of $35 each also subject to availability. Please
note that appropriate golf course etiquette applies and care must be taken on the course. Please confirm
your specific requirements with the Function Co-ordinator.
COMPLIMENTARY ROUND OF GOLF
A complimentary round of golf is available for up to four (4) players and must be booked through our
Function Co-ordinator. The golf times may not be used during our competition play and are subject to
availability.
FOOD & DRINK
No food or drink is to be brought onto the premises.
ROOM DECORATIONS
Tuggerah Lakes Golf Club will be happy to help you with the arrangement of decorations for the room.
Please discuss your wishes with the Function Co-ordinator.
CONFETTI
We do not permit the throwing of confetti or rice.
MENU SELECTION
Menu selection is required 2 weeks prior to the wedding date. Please choose two entrees, two mains and/or two desserts. Any specific dietary requirements should be discussed with our Function Coordinator.
GUESTS AND SIGNING IN
Due to strict requirements within the Club Industry it is the law for all visitors to our Club to sign the
Club Sign In Register situated in the foyer of the Clubhouse. If guests live within a five (5) kilometre
radius of the club, they must be signed in by a Tuggerah Lakes Golf Club Member who is holding or
attending the function.
CONDUCT
Under the Registered Clubs Act TLGC Staff have the authority to remove any person from the Club who is intoxicated, violent, quarrelsome or disorderly.

All prices will be adjusted annually in May, quoted prices may be retained if payment is received in full by
30th April of the applicable year.
